About OTB

Off-Track Betting Is a Room, Not an App Category

OTB started as a way to bet horse races without standing at the grandstand. This site maps those rooms — parlors, tracks, and ADW windows — across the United States.

OTB vs a retail sportsbook

A retail sportsbook takes football, basketball, and props. An OTB parlor takes the races. Some casino floors now put both products under one roof. This directory still separates them on purpose. If you want a kiosk for the Sunday ticket, you are on the wrong site. If you want to know where the mutuel windows still work, you are in the right one.

Not a harness magazine

Harness racing belongs in this map when there is a plant you can visit — Yonkers, The Meadowlands, The Red Mile, The Meadows. That does not make OfftrackBettingUSA an editorial harness guide. The unit here is the venue and the city, not a handicapping column.

Empty states stay empty

We list the major OTB markets and leave a state empty rather than invent a venue.
