Virginia rebuilt a racing product around Colonial Downs and a distributed-room model. If you want a grandstand day, New Kent is the trip. If you want something closer to an OTB parlor, the Rosie's rooms in Richmond, Vinton, Hampton, Collinsville, and Emporia are the seeded map, along with The Rose Gaming Resort in Dumfries and Roseshire Gaming Parlor in Henrico — horse windows in more than one city, still not a retail sportsbook. Richmond's listing uses the official Midlothian Turnpike address; we did not add a second Richmond room.
