Parlor
Virginia’s distributed-room idea is the closest the mid-Atlantic gets to a new OTB parlor chain. Official rosiesgaming.com/richmond lists 6807 Midlothian Turnpike (not the older Williamsburg Road pin). Same venue, corrected address — we did not add a second Richmond Rosie’s. Confirm that the racing product is what you want; these floors also have slots.
